I am a highly skilled and results-driven cloud and network engineer with over a decade of experience in customer-facing support and technical roles. I have a proven track record in planning, proposing, and executing diverse IT projects. I love to learn and I am passionate about cloud and automation!

AUTOMATION
Whether mundane or complex, so much of our daily tasks can be automated. I’ve used automation to reduce AWS costs, reduce labor hours for onboarding, parse logs and perform auditing.
DOCUMENTATION
From runbooks to IT Help Docs, I write clear, concise content to help others find the information they need fast. Just as automation saves time, so does quick access to the right information.
IT OPERATIONS
I have a great deal of experience improving onboarding and offboarding flows, procurement, managing vendor relations for third party services, and right-sizing services to control costs.
CLOUD AND IAM
Experienced with IDPs + people management, SAML, SCIM, SSO. Practical experience in hardening workspace and email. Fluent in DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Python, Kubernetes.

Simple Web App in AWS for data intake. One of my first projects using DynamoDB. This was a challenge but it really clicked in the end!
